Two of my DA buddies, Senshee and Stardust-Phantom, lost their mother this week. She'd suffered a stroke and had been making progress at first, but then she took a turn for the worst.

I can tell my friends are hurting plenty right now. I know another girl who lost her mom this year, and I had a close call with my own mom a few years ago when she had cancer. I wish I could do something; for now, prayers and verbal consolations will have to suffice.

It's a prayer for my little brother.

He's undergone a really tough few years and has always looked up to me as his big sister. After I was transformed and born-again, he noticed and hasn't been able to run from religion like we used to before I was changed.

He's just barely really wanting to read the Word of God, and he is seriously considering getting baptized. I don't want him to do this out of fear, because he is scared of a lot of things - especially government conspiracies as of late. He admires my confidence in God, and wants to have that. I've told him to ask God and to never give up because God does things in His own time. Mentally, I worry that Kye (my brother) may be expecting a huge heart and lifestyle transformation like the one I received; so I worry that, if he doesn't get something like that, he will turn his back on God after declaring faith in Jesus. I want Kye to know God hears him, that's all I ask....for his prayers to be answered in a way he'll understand, and know, it's God answering.

Please pray that my brother would receive revelation, visions, dreams, encounters; anything that would help him the most at this point in his life. Something that will help him detach from the hooks of the enemy. My brother is trying to get out of bondage, and it's getting to the point where he is looking to God to help him, so I don't want to miss this huge opportunity for his salvation. I know a lot of people who backslide and turn from God after accepting Him simply because they're prayers weren't answered.

I just pray that God gives him the revelation(s) he needs to know Jesus is the truth, the life, and the way, and that God loves him unconditionally. I want him to feel delivered, as I have...pray for my brother.
