Description:

This is a design created for t-shirts in my Cafepress shop. ^_^

A friend of mine actually came up with the design. He said he wanted to draw in my sketchbook and the next thing I knew, I found this design in it. =)

No matter how small or un-noticed you think you are, God still loves you. =)

THIS IS the CUTEST!
the thing I like about it is that it's so simple and yet holds so much meaning. I like that it's not overly decorated or anything.
It's a good message =D

While I understand the simplicity you were trying to acheive with this piece, for my tastes, I find this to be too simple. Even a stick figure can have personality and I feel yours does not. He/she could have been posed with arms proudly on hips or pointing upwards, in mid-jump maybe. Without color or effects this whole piece relies on the stick figure and I find it lacking.

Also I find the message of this piece would be insulting to short people and non "pretty" people as you seem to be implying that only Jesus could possibly love them in spite of their looks and stature. I would never buy this shirt for myself because it seems self-pitying nor would I buy it for someone else as they would surely be insulted by it's message ("Are you saying I'm short and ugly ArtistXero?")

You can easily make the meassge even simpler and better, (without potential insult and increasing your potential customer base away from short, ugly people with low self-esteem) by just making the statemant "I matter, HE loves me!"

Simplicity in design and message is harder than it looks, so a worthwhile effort I say.

Although I agree, ArtistXero, I would still include 'Jesus' in the text, because it would be too easy to draw another conclusion from just the word 'HE'.

It's cute... I rarely have something that I drew the first time go anywhere. Usually draft 5 or 6+ starts looking decent. :)
